• التزوير المعنوي: إصدار وثيقة قانونية بمعلومات غير صحيحة دون تغيير في الشكل المادي للوثيقة، مثل إعطاء شهادة مزورة عن واقعة لم تحدث.
كلا النوعين يعاقب عليه القانون بعقوبات صارمة.
السؤال الثالث: ما الإجراءات القانونية عند اتهام شخص بجريمة تزوير؟
الإجابة:
عند توجيه تهمة التزوير، يتم اتباع الإجراءات التالية:
1. فتح تحقيق رسمي من قبل الجهات المختصة وجمع الأدلة.
2. استدعاء المتهم للاستجواب والاستماع إلى أقواله.

• عدم كفاية الأدلة لإثبات أن المتهم هو من قام بالتزوير.
• وجود خطأ في إجراءات القبض والتحقيق مما يبطل القضية.
• إثبات أن التوقيع أو المستند غير مزور عبر خبراء التزييف والتزوير.
يجب تقديم دفاع قوي لإثبات عدم التورط في الجريمة.
السؤال الخامس: ما هي العقوبات في حالة استخدام مستند مزور؟
الإجابة:
يُعاقب القانون الكويتي ليس فقط على التزوير، ولكن أيضًا على استخدام مستند مزور، حيث تشمل العقوبات:
• السجن من 3 إلى 10 سنوات حسب خطورة الجريمة.
• الغرامات المالية التي تحددها المحكمة.
