✅ 6. زر موقع العقار وتحقق بنفسك من الواقع
لا تعتمد على الصور أو التصاميم فقط. بعض عمليات النصب تحدث على أراضٍ غير موجودة أصلاً!
✅ 7. تحقق من الترخيص العقاري للمشروع إن كان على المخطط
طلب المخطط المعتمد وموافقة البلدية أمر ضروري للتأكد من جدية المشروع.
✅ 8. احتفظ بكل ما يثبت الاتفاق: رسائل، إيصالات، مراسلات إلكترونية
